The Level 3 Dental Nurse Apprenticeship covers the standards, knowledge, skills, behaviours and Dental Council requirements of the role. Dental nurses work in clinical environments that could be located in an NHS general dental practice, hospital, private dental practice, specialist dental practice, community dental service or military dental clinic. The dental nurse provides chair side support to all dental professionals and ensures high standards of cleanliness and infection control. 

The NEBDN National Diploma in Dental Nursing is a General Dental Council (GDC) recognised dental nursing qualification that covers all outcomes described within the GDC Preparing to Practice document. The qualification's purpose is to prepare trainee Dental Nurses in the foundations of dental nursing so they can demonstrate the highest standards in terms of knowledge, skills, and professional attributes.

The Level 4 Apprenticeship Dental Practice Manager covers the standards, knowledge, skills, behaviours and Dental Council requirements of the role. The Practice Manager is responsible for managing all non-clinical aspects within a specified practice/s to achieve excellent patient care, quality, cost and delivery performance in line with practice strategy, goals and values. The Practice Manager leads the team by providing support and direction to enhance performance, skills and knowledge of all practice staff.
